It’s easy in the midst of our days, when attention may be divided among multiple children or many to-do’s (plus homeschool), to let our words be the last thing we think about. But they shouldn’t be. The Bible has a lot to say on how we are to guard our tongue and use it to speak life. Proverbs 18:21 says “The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.” If you, like me and the rest of the world have ever had moments where your words got the better of you- especially to your kids, then this is going to be a time of practical and Biblical encouragement.
